Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These Terms govern access to MaxELO (the “Service”), available at https://maxelo.ru. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. What the Service does

MaxELO shows public FACEIT CS2 and CS:GO statistics: ELO and its history, skill level, match statistics, teammates and shared matches of two players. Data comes from public sources (FACEIT Data API, FaceitAnalyser) and may differ from what you see on FACEIT itself.

2. Free and “as is”

The Service is provided free of charge, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness or accuracy. We may change features, pause the Service for maintenance and restrict access.

3. Acceptable use

• do not create excessive load: do not bypass rate limits, run mass scraping or attacks;
• do not attempt to access the server, database or other users’ sessions;
• do not use the Service for unlawful activity, harassment, spam or fraud;
• do not present the Service as an official FACEIT or Valve product;
• when republishing data, credit MaxELO as the source.

4. Public API

The /api/v1/* JSON endpoints are available without a key and are rate-limited. We may limit or block sources that create abnormal load. Responses are not cached and are provided “as is”.

5. Account and FACEIT sign-in

Sign-in is optional. By signing in with FACEIT you allow the Service to receive your public profile (player_id, nickname, avatar). You are responsible for the security of your FACEIT account and for actions performed under your session. You can sign out at any time.

6. Data belongs to FACEIT

Game statistics belong to FACEIT and its users. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official product of FACEIT or Valve. Trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the owner of the Service is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequences of using or being unable to use the Service, nor for decisions made on the basis of the displayed data.

8. Blocking

We may restrict or terminate access without notice in case of violation of these Terms, hacking attempts, attacks or excessive load.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version is published on this page with a date. By continuing to use the Service after changes you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and contacts

The law of the Service owner’s country applies. Questions and claims: support@maxelo.ru.
